We stumbled upon a hidden gem, Chambre D'Hotes Du Moulin De Landonvillers, during our journey to Switzerland. Just 10 minutes from the motorway lies this magical place, an ancient mill that has been beautifully restored. the owners, a warm and friendly couple, made us feel incredibly welcome. Our evening meal was an absolute highlight, a five-course feast prepared by the host using ingredients foraged from their garden and the nearby forest. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing their love for natural, organic cuisine. the homemade breakfast was equally delightful, featuring yogurt, bread, and other delicious home produce. the accommodation was clean and comfortable, but it was the overall ambiance and dining experience that truly stood out. Off the beaten track, Chambre D'Hotes Du Moulin De Landonvillers is a must-visit for food and nature enthusiasts alike. Cons: Not easy to locate.

The "Voyage Voyage" bedroom had a cozy double bed that made me feel right at home. I loved the view from the room, with beautiful sights of the river and countryside. The mix of rustic and modern decor in the rooms created a charming atmosphere. Having a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet was convenient and made my stay more comfortable. The room with exposed wooden beams added a unique touch to the overall ambiance. The en suite bathroom in the room with a park view was a great bonus. Guests staying in the rooms with attached bathroom can enjoy cable TV. The wardrobe in the rooms with attached bathroom was handy for storing belongings.
Personally, I found only one feature slightly less appealing, but others may still enjoy it – the sink in the "Voyage Voyage" bedroom was small.
